要想扩大收支差，除了控制开支，另一个就是增加收入，也就是开源。

作者在这一段里讲到用副业开源的两种方式：用时间换钱的副业和投资型副业。我个人更相中后者，虽然会更难，但里面会有复利效应。

副业有两种形式：

但是，用时间换钱只是副业的第一步。下一步是进入副业的更高层次：

2.投资型副业。

这种副业可以创造持续的被动收入。

·你写了一个软件，能解决某个特定问题，虽然比较小众，但需要的人会为之疯狂。

你可以用这个软件获得持续的用户收益和广告收益。

用时间换金钱的副业能挣快钱，但耗费的是时间。

投资型副业虽然挣不了快钱，或许要花上几个月，甚至一两年，但能创造稳定的现金流。

哪一个更好呢？

我会说，两个都可以尝试。一开始，你可以尝试用时间换金钱的副业，它能为你即时挣钱。当然，慢慢你可以过渡到投资型副业上，它能为你建立系统，创造稳定持续的现金流。

归根结底，管好钱就是三件事：

挣钱、存钱和投资。

你存的钱就是收支差。

尽可能扩大这个收支差。然后把这个钱投资到指数基金、房地产等资产上去。

这些投资会创造更多的收益，从而金进一步扩大收支差，继续投资，形成良性循环。

这样一个永续循环系统就产生了。而复利就在其中悄然起效。
